Crossways Garage Halstead Ltd were great because James and his team made me feel like I mattered... After a car accident which saw my car written off I was in need of a fairly big family car so when I saw the Kuga for sale I knew that it could be for me. I met with James and viewed the car, he was very thorough with showing me the car and allowed me to take my time. He explained all that the car had to offer so I could understand it and then we went out on a test drive where both he and I drove it. After we got back we spoke about the numbers and at no point did I feel pressured like I have done by previous car sales... After a conversation with my father it was decided that this was the car and the place to buy it from! My experience with James and his team was absolutely fantastic and I cannot reccomend them enough to anyone that's looking for a new car! James and Co you made buying a car an easy and enjoyable experience and if I should ever need another one you guys are the only place I will be going! I LOVE my new car so all that's left to say is Thank you soooo much!

I would recommend Crossways Garage Halstead Ltd to friends and family because they are a longstanding family business who clearly try and satisfy their customers and go the extra mile. Sam who I dealt with was knowledgeable about the car, gave me time to study paperwork and answer questions, understood my requirements and followed up with an offer which probably clinched the deal. He allowed me two test drives and delivered the car to my home. All very professional and a great experience which was far better than dealing with some other garages including a main dealer. He certainly deserves and earnt his commission
